Requesting Documentation

Instead of being available to download immediately, the tendering firm requires that suppliers submit a request via the Tenders.Net system. Suppliers will be asked to provide contact details to the Tendering Firm.

Making a request for documentation will enable you to receive addenda and amendments released later in the tender process.

This option may be in use for one of the following reasons:

1. The documentation is too big to download and is sent via physical post.
2. The documentation is not ready for download yet.
3. The tendering firm may require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) first.
4. The tendering firm is 'reviewing' suppliers for relevancy.
