When advertising an opportunity on Tenders.Net you are given the option to attach documentation and specifications for suppliers to get further information on the tender.
There are several different ways for you to link this extra information and some are restricted to Registered Advertisers only:
You are not required to attach any documentation or further information to a tender. This is the default setting.
You can upload one or more files that will be attached to your tender for suppliers to download. When a supplier downloads a file they will be automatically subscribed to your tender to receive future addenda and amendment notices you send.
There is usually no limit to the number or size of individual files that you can upload, but some advertisers may have a Total Upload File Size Limit that they cannot exceed. This limit only affects the files they upload for this tender.

If you are already hosting your documentation on your own or another website you can add links to them here. When a supplier views these links they will be automatically subscribed to your tender to receive future addenda and amendment notices you send.
If your documents are not ready yet, you require a signed N.D.A. or you want to review suppliers before providing the documents you may like to use our request form. Suppliers submit a request, providing their contact details which are then forwarded onto the Admin Notification Recipients for the tender. You must then deal directly with the supplier to provide them their documentation.
Like downloading documentation, when suppliers make a request they are automatically subscribed to the tender to receive any future addenda or amendment notifications you release.
